Give us a piece of your mind says South Norfolk Council

South Norfolk Council staff are calling on the people of Wymondham to “give us a piece of your mind” when the Up 2 U 2 consultation road show comes to town.

Housing, the economy and environment, transport, health, the community and young people are all top of the Up 2 U 2 exhibition agenda in Central Hall on Saturday November 8th when South Norfolk Council staff open the doors from 10am to 5pm.

Armana Handley, Council Community Partnerships Officer said:

“We’re putting together the Community Strategy and Local Plan for the future of South Norfolk – and that includes Wymondham’s future.

“We know the people of this vigorous and vibrant town are not shy when it comes to telling us their views on housing developments and expansion. Now our team want to hear about other issues as well, and especially what the people of Wymondham want for the future of South Norfolk.

“Saturday November the 8th is not shrinking violets day – it’s Up 2 U 2 day in Wymondham, so come and give the team a piece of your mind.”

After Saturday, the consultation road show heads for Barnham Broom village hall on Monday 10th November 3pm - 7pm, then Cringleford village Patteson hall - Wednesday 12th November 3pm - 7pm; Loddon village hall -Thursday 13th November 2pm - 6.30pm; Harleston Leisure Centre at Wilderness Lane - Saturday 15th November 10am - 6pm; Ditchingham village hall - Monday 17th November 3pm - 8pm; Pulham Market Methodist hall -Tuesday 18th November 3pm - 8pm; Costessey Breckland hall - Saturday 22nd November; 10am - 7pm ; Mulbarton village hall -Saturday 29th November 1.30pm - 6pm and Poringland village hall - Saturday 13th December 10am - 6pm.
