Heidi Hadley, South Norfolk Council’s Celestial Festival co-ordinator says:
“This is a chance to highlight the beauty of our skies during the day. The emphasis throughout the Festival so far, has been on dark skies. Today’s events will give everyone the chance to really appreciate how lucky we are to have such wide and lovely expanses of sky, to watch kite-flying at its best and even to have a go at making a kite of your own.”
All displays and events are subject to change without notice and are weather dependent. The use of power and traction kites will not be permitted.
