Enforcement Policy for General Public Health & Environmental Protection Matters
We have powers to deal with issues relating to general public health matters and environmental protection. It is important that the community are clear about what action they can expect from us in terms of enforcement action for non-compliance with our statutory obligations. This policy gives a framework to help our officers guage the most appropriate action to take.
