A gallery for South Norfolk residents who want to see their new or old photographs published on the web has just gone live on their Council's website.

South Norfolk Council's site receives up to 20,000 hits a week. Already the site has received 15 photographs, and the council wants more.

One picture now features on the Council's home page and every other page on the site.

Andy Bryant, the Council's Web Editor said:

"Autumn is a fantastic time for photographers, and as we head for Christmas, I am hoping for stunning snowy South Norfolk scenes!

"If you've taken a photo you would like to share with everyone, follow the instructions on the web page to get it into our gallery.

"Your photo may also appear in the 'banner' of our website, which is the blue strip at the top of the page. That means it would appear on every page of our site and be seen by thousands of people."

Photographers should first read the terms and conditions before using the online form or emailing pictures over.
