How to make your complaint
- Make your complaint online by filling out our online complaints form;
- Make your complaint by phone, email or letter: our contact details are at the foot of this page;
- Make your complaint in person. You can call into our Long Stratton office and ask to speak to a member of staff from the council tax section.
