Summary

We want to try to sort your complaints out as soon as possible. If you have a problem with a service that you have received from our council tax section, please let us know. We may be able to sort things out straight away.

How to make your complaint

  1. Make your complaint online by filling out our online complaints form;
  2. Make your complaint by phone, email or letter: our contact details are at the foot of this page;
  3. Make your complaint in person. You can call into our Long Stratton office and ask to speak to a member of staff from the council tax section.
