Council tax forms

Summary

Download any of the council tax forms to apply for discounts on your bill or to tell us your property is exempt. If you are not sure which form to use, please visit our pages on council tax exemptions or council tax discounts - you will get an explanation of each exemption/discount so you know which one is for you, and you can download the forms there too.

How to apply for an exemption or discount

  1. Choose the right form from the list below, download and print it out. All the exemption forms are listed first, followed by discount forms;
  2. Complete the form. Different forms ask different questions, but you will always need to provide:
    - the property address, and;
    - a correspondence address (if different from the property address).
  3. Send the form back to Revenues Services at the address at the foot of this page (the return address is also included on each of the forms).
  4. For any guidance or help with filling out the form, please contact us online or by email, phone or in writing - our contact details are also at the foot of this page.
