Council tax appeals & complaints
If you are not happy with the band your property has been put in for council tax, or with the amount your council tax bill says you should pay, you can make an appeal. If you are not happy with the service you have received from our council tax team, then you can make a complaint.
You might want to get some independent advice on what to do if you want to make an appeal or a complaint - the Citizens Advice Bureaux in our area are an excellent resource if you need advice.
