How to report problems with public toilets
- Contact us online (links below) or request a Radar Key (for Registered disabled people only) by e-mail, telephone or letter.
- Information we will need from you:
- your full name;
- your full address including your postcode;
- your home telephone number and a number which we can contact you on during normal office hours if this is different;
- your email address (if applicable), and;
- how you would like us to respond to your enquiry. - If you are reporting a problem we will also need:
- the location of the public toilet, and;
- a description of the problem.

- Diss - Meres Mouth, behind the Tourist Information Centre, Mere Street. With disabled facilities.
- Wymondham - Market Street, town centre car park. Disabled and baby changing facilities.
- Harleston - Bullock Fair car park, with disabled facilities.
- Long Stratton - Swan Lane car park, with disabled facilities.
- Hingham - Market Place, with disabled facilities.
- Loddon - Loddon Staithe car park, Bridge Street; Church plain, High Street -with disabled facilities.
