Trade waste collections from business premises
Summary
The Council offers a commercial service to collect refuse and recycling from your business. A charge is made to cover the cost of this service.
The payment covers:
- An alternate weekly collection of refuse and recycling.
- Four bin sizes 240 ltr, 360 ltr, 660 ltr and 1100 ltr or trade sacks for those who do not generate much rubbish/recycling.

Duty of Care
Should you wish the Council to provide a trade waste service you will be expected to complete a Duty of Care form. A sample can be found in the “Downloads” section above.
Paying for the Service
Payment for the bin collection is made by quarterly invoices paid in advance by direct debit, debit/credit card or cheque. Payment for the trade sacks can by made by debit/credit card, cheque prior to delivery or by invoice if the value is over £100. The price quoted is inclusive of VAT, hire of bin, emptying and disposal costs. For further payment information see “Making payments to South Norfok Council”
