Description
Diss Business Centre comprises a historic agricultural building, which has been converted by South Norfolk Council to provide good quality office and light industrial business units.
Arranged on ground and first floor (with disabled access to the first floor), the units vary in size from 16.3 sq.m. to 133.3 sq.m.
To meet the needs of occupiers a manned reception office is provided with access to photocopying, fax and typing services on a chargeable basis.
The centre has good accessibility to both the busy South Norfolk Market Town of Diss (main line rail service to Norwich and London Liverpool Street) and the Norwich/Ipswich A140.
With views over the Waveney Valley and open countryside, Diss Business Centre is uniquely placed to offer a thriving commercial environment within an attractive rural setting.
Planning Use
Terms: The agreements are for a period of three months and thereafter continue on a quarterly basis. Should you wish to end the agreement you need to give three calendar months notice in writing. As a Tenant you will be responsible for internal repair and decoration of your unit. We as the Landlord are responsible for external decorations, insurance, reception services, security, grounds maintenance and other common services, the cost of which we will recover from the Tenant by way of a service charge representing the appropriate percentage for the unit of the costs arising from the provision of services.
If you would like to rent a unit from us, please can you fill in the tenancy enquiry form. Before we can offer a unit to you we need to take up a bank reference and accountant or trader reference. Your bank will probably charge you for providing a reference and as you are responsible for paying for this, you may want to check with your bank how much they charge. We also take a deposit for the unit, which is the equivalent of three months occupation charge. This deposit will be held in an interest account and will be refunded to you plus the interest when you move out of the unit.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without being required to give reasons for their decision.
