Rules & regulations for procurement

Summary

Our Procurement Strategy sets what we aim to achieve when we procure goods, works and services, and the Rules for Financial Governance (part of the Council Constitution) provide a set of controls to make sure that we do this every time. The Contract Standing Orders set out in detail the way we invite bids for contracts, and promote effective and fair competition to achieve good value for money (download below).
