Becoming a contractor or supplier

Summary

We do not keep approved lists of suppliers or contractors but prefer to evaluate organisations as and when we intend to let contracts. If you are interested in working with us, it will help if you can supply some basic information about your organisation in advance.

How to apply to become a contractor or supplier

  1. Downloadthe fillable Word application form (link below);
  2. Complete the form, which asks for:
    - your contact details;
    - bank details (for receiving payments), and;
    - details about your organisation and the goods and services you provide.
  3. Return it to the Corporate Procurement Officer at the address at the foot of this page (also included on the form).

Further information will normally be required for larger contracts and we will ask for this as and when we need it, usually shortly before we invite bids.
