Longwater, Costessey
A major development at Longwater, Costessey, to the west of Norwich is allocated for a variety of uses from retail to special industrial. Sainsburys has already located a store there as well as Lind, the largest BMW/Mini dealership in the East and Uniglaze 2, both large employers who have moved out of Norwich City Centre to South Norfolk.
Gateway 11, Wymondham
Gateway 11 at Wymondham offers an excellent location adjacent to the A11, and is home to the Norfolk Constabulary HQ (pictured).
Diss Business Park
Diss Business Park is a prestigious development offering great opportunities for businesses to serve the region as well as the local market.
Norwich Research Park (NRP)
NRP is located on the outskirts of Norwich. It consists of a number of major membership organisations including the University of East Anglia, the John Innes Centre, the Institute of Food Research and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Reasonably-priced, high quality laboratory and office accommodation is available for rent.

New development sites
We have provided finance to create infrastructure for new sites in the towns of Diss and Harleston, in partnership with Norfolk County Council. We have used the rent guarentee scheme to help provide new development in Diss and Long Stratton in partnership with private companies. These sites are:

- Wymondham (Spur Industrial Estate, Silfield Industrial Estate, Ayton Road Industrial Estate)
- Barford near Wymondham (Barford Industrial Estate)
- Long Stratton (Long Stratton Industrial Estate, Chequers Road)
- Loddon (Loddon Industrial Estate, Little Money Road)
- Harleston (Harleston Industrial Estate, Speedwell Way)
- Raveningham near Loddon (Raveningham Industrial and Commercial Estate)
