New South Norfolk Home Options Scheme
Summary
The Home Options Scheme has changed. A new policy was approved by South Norfolk's Cabinet on 26th March. Click here to view the new policy.
The reason for the changes
- The new policy is fairer (we can't meet the housing needs of everyone so we have to make sure those with the highest housing needs get highest priority)
- The new policy helps us to achieve our strategic aims (for example preventing homelessness and dealing with anti-social behaviour)
- The new policy helps us to be more efficient (by only helping those with a housing need or a local connection).
